TCQYS series Drum sieve seed cleaner is used for the primary cleaning equipment, which can effectively separate all kinds of large impurities in the original grain: such as wheat straw, ropes head, straw, chaff, small wooden block, bricks, stones, clods, etc.
Working Principle:
The grain are fed into the sieve cylinder drum from inlet. Because of the bigger sieve mesh and the rotating of sieve cylinder, the materials quickly pass through sieve cylinder and then drop down to outlet to be discharged out. Under the guidance of countervanes which rotate along with sieve cylinder, the coarse impurities move gradually toward to coarse impurities outlet and then are discharged out. The dust and light impurities are aspirated from aspiration outlet.
