Description
Bucket elevator is a special unit for vertical transportation of bulk grain products. The buckets are fixed on the vertical conveyor, which, when conveying, lift the grain up and dump it into the intake hopper of another unit or onto the conveyor belt.Our company manufactures bucket elevators 5-100 t/h for wheat.
Transportation height - up to 60 m.
- Elevator head and inlet hopper lined with polymer plate, which reduces a product damage and increases service life of parts that are, elements affected by the product;
- Bucket elevator can be equipped with belt misalignment sensor; backstop sensor (in elevator boot); belt speed sensor; explosion reliefs; variable frequency drive;
- Black painted steel
- Galvanized steel
