HMJ Grain Dryer

Description

The product passes sequentially through the drying sections, where it comes into contact with pipes heated by steam. After that, the grain enters the cooling section, where it is cooled by blowing air, and then removed using a special exhaust mechanism.

Advantages

• The drying sections are equipped with a device for connecting to forced ventilation, which contributes to the intensification of the drying process;
• The cooling section is equipped with a device for distributing and adjusting the cooling air, which contributes to the uniform cooling of the product;
  
• The improved device of the exhaust mechanism, which allows to ensure the uniformity of the product output with a given capacity, including in automatic mode;
  
• Increased the number of pipes in the drying sections;
  
• Due to the presence of separate throttles in the cooling section, precise and smooth adjustment and uniformity of cooling are achieved;
