Description
Rack gate valves is used to discharge bulk material from hoppers, storage silos and conveyors. Rack gate valves are designed for the release of grain and products of its processing from hopper, storages and conveyors, as well as for loading the product into process equipment.
The speed of a bulk product moving through gravity-flow equipment by inertia due to gravity and its own weight can be controlled not only by slope angles of pipes and flow speed dampers, but also by special valves, since sharp braking of grain and damaging with walls of the equipment can lead to damage and loss product quality.
